Birrieria Diaz: Authentic Mexican Food Delight in Bethany, OK

We loved it! The food was so good, the service was great, and the price was nice.

This is a family restaurant with a family vibe smothered in genuine home cooked Mexican food. The Birria de Rez (Beef) is off the charts. I was impressed with the spicing and flavor of the Birria, The meat is super tender and the juice from the meat is phenomenal. There are other menu items that are classics in the Mexican food genre and all tailored to your pallat. This family goes out of their way to satisfy your taste buds. The service and atmosphere are top notch. I've seen the lines stretched around the building on Saturday's and Sunday's so we visited during the weekday to avoid the wait. I can see why people will wait for this amazing food, this food is classic and the cooking is excellence at its finest. Service is outstanding. This restaurant is top tier and will sit in your favorites after visiting once. I highly recommend it.

This is my daughter and mine's new favorite spot. The food is extremely good and unique; stands out from a lot of the generic joints around town. Their table salsa is super good; I wish they sold it by the jar! Highly recommend!

Really delicious and authentic! High quality ingredients were used and I could tell the salsa was made fresh, not poured out of a can. This is the real deal and I highly recommend! They’re so nice, too.

Absolutely delicious food. Manager was great. Server, not so much. You will have to ask for refills, multiple times. She forgot about the lid a couple times that I requested. But dont let that hold you back, they have great and authentic food. The rice is superb.

Was my first time at Birrieria Diaz, I got invited by a friend that uses to eat there and I was impressive, easy access, fast service, really good food and great price. I was with some friends that like me was trying for the first time and eveeybody loved the food, I am going to return with my family.
